Eneba Charged $20 but Never Delivered My Minecraft Key
About 10 minutes ago, I purchased a Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition (PC) Windows Store KEY Global product through Eneba. The price displayed on the payment screen was 885 TL, approximately $18, but approximately $20 was charged to my card. Despite the higher charge, the product key was never delivered to me.
The order/transaction number shown by Eneba is o-byb65he. I paid by card, and although the payment was successfully charged, no product key was added to my Eneba account or sent to my email address. The “KEY” does not appear anywhere in the system.
I tried to contact Eneba through the website, but I have not received any response so far. I have neither received the product nor been given any explanation for the higher amount charged.
I request that my product key be immediately delivered to my account. If this cannot be done, I request a full refund of the approximately $20 charged to my card, including a refund of any amount that was unfairly or incorrectly charged above the displayed purchase price.
