Eneba Sold Region-Locked Steam Key Instead of Global Version

I purchased a Steam key for Disney Dreamlight Valley on Eneba on 08/07/2026 at 6:06 pm. On the product page it was clearly stated that the key could be redeemed globally, but when I tried to activate it on Steam I received the message “Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed.” so the code is region-locked and unusable in my country. I paid a total of a little over 31 SGD for this key. After noticing this, I opened a support ticket with Eneba and reported the problem, attaching the Steam error message. My ticket was closed immediately after I reported the issue, but there has been no follow‑up, explanation, or solution from Eneba. I request that Eneba either provide me with a valid truly global Steam key for Disney Dreamlight Valley that works in my region, or refund my payment of approximately 31 SGD in full as soon as possible, as the product was misrepresented on the site and cannot be used.
