Emerald Chat Blocks My Messages and Ruins Conversations

Although I have tried Emerald few times lately, many of my communications simply do not pass through. Trying to have a regular discussion and half of what you type never shows up. It's quite annoying. Worse so, they apparently prohibit entirely arbitrary terms for no apparent purpose. Typing something like "snap" or "insta" makes it almost impossible to move your conversation somewhere else without strange workarounds." If you cannot really chat properly, what good is a chat website? It just destroys the experience. Emerald needs a better approach since right now it simply seems flawed if they are trying to control spam. A chat site failing to enable you chat effectively is not truly performing as intended.
