Electrolux ESF5512LOW Panel Cracking and Warranty Repair Dispute

Approximately 10 months ago, I purchased an Electrolux ESF5512LOW dishwasher from a store in Antalya Kepez. I chose this product because it was introduced to me as the most expensive and supposedly highest quality model in the store and I paid ₺24,000. I have used the machine carefully and in accordance with the instructions. In the past weeks, cracks started to appear spontaneously on the control panel of the machine. I then requested service so that the issue could be handled under warranty. The service that came today stated that these cracks on the panel are not covered by the warranty. The technician clearly expressed that the cracks were not due to user error, that there are many complaints about panel cracking in this brand, and agreed with me that the defect originates from the machine itself. Despite this, a fee of ₺6,560 was requested for the replacement of the panel and this amount was invoiced to me. The service also stated that if the panel is not replaced, the crack will spread completely. In other words, Electrolux has virtually sold me the same machine a second time. The product, for which I paid a high price expecting quality, turned out to be of poor quality, and the responsibility for an obvious manufacturing defect has been placed on me. The serial number of the product is 13725901. I kindly request that the panel crack on my dishwasher be evaluated as a manufacturing defect, that the ₺6,560 charged for this operation be refunded to me, and that the panel replacement be carried out free of charge under warranty.
