I Have Lost My eFootball Konami Account

I am a mobile eFootball player from Tunisia and my Konami account was hacked on 16 June 2026. Since this incident I have completely lost access to my account and I can no longer log in or use it in the game. I reported the situation to Konami support and my case is registered under the reference number asnq-224-490-027. Despite this, my problem has still not been resolved and I remain unable to recover my hacked account. I kindly request that my eFootball Konami mobile account be restored to me as soon as possible and that I regain full access to it.
