I Can’t See My eFootball Reward on iPhone After Claiming It via Android Device
I was planning to use a Play Store code to purchase in-game rewards on eFootball, but since I use an iPhone and the code only works on Android, I temporarily logged into my eFootball account on a friend’s Android phone. I successfully used the code and claimed the reward on their device.
However, when I switched back to my own iPhone and logged into the same account, the reward I claimed was missing. It’s not showing up in my inventory or anywhere in the game. I followed all steps correctly, and the code was accepted on Android—so I expected the reward to be available across devices linked to the same account.
I kindly ask Konami to resolve this issue and deliver the missing reward to my iPhone. Please investigate the cross-platform sync or claim issue and make sure I receive what I paid for. Thank you for your attention, but I expect a swift and effective solution.
