eFootball Second Treasure Chain Not Unlocking After Online Matches

I have been experiencing an issue in Konami’s eFootball game that has been ongoing for about seven days. Even though I play online matches, my second Treasure Chain does not unlock, and as a result, I cannot receive the related reward.

Despite completing my matches in full compliance with the rules, the relevant Treasure Chain never appears on the screen, and no reward is credited to my account. This situation causes both a waste of time and an unfair disadvantage in the game.

I request that my match history and account records be reviewed, that my second Treasure Chain be unlocked, and that the reward I have earned be credited to my account.
