eFootball Mobile Update Reduced Performance of Messi, Kahn, and Batistuta

I am an eFootball Mobile player using a Samsung A05 device, and over the past two weeks, I have noticed a clear and frustrating decline in the performance of several key players after recent updates. Oliver Kahn shows a noticeable drop in goalkeeping performance, Batistuta’s aerial ability and heading effectiveness have been reduced, Big Time Messi feels less dominant due to changes in his player model and physicality, George Best (Big Time) has far less impact against physical defenders, and Zlatan Ibrahimović (Big Time), while still strong, is now less effective in duels and movement. These combined nerfs have significantly reduced the enjoyment and balance of the game for me. I have tried to reach Konami/eFootball support about these issues, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication makes it even more disappointing, because as users we invest time and sometimes money into building our teams, and sudden, heavy nerfs to key players without a clear explanation feel unfair. My request from Konami is to reconsider and rebalance these changes, or roll back the nerfs applied to these specific players, and to provide clear and transparent information about what has been changed and why. In addition, I strongly request the removal of the smart assist feature, as it reduces the skill-based nature of the game and negatively affects the experience of users who want to enjoy fair, competitive gameplay. I expect these issues to be reviewed seriously and appropriate adjustments or compensation to be provided so that the game can again feel enjoyable and rewarding for its players.
