eFootball 2026 Keeps Crashing on Android and Ruins Matches

I am writing regarding ongoing issues I have been experiencing in eFootball 2026 on Android. While playing, the game sometimes suddenly returns to the main menu or closes entirely for no reason, even though I do not press anything or take any incorrect action. This disrupts matches and makes it very difficult to enjoy the game properly.

In addition, there are serious problems with player behavior and realism. My goalkeeper, Oliver Kahn with an overall rating of 106, performs as if he were a much lower-rated player, around 101, and makes unrealistic mistakes. Even when I do not give any command for the goalkeeper to rush out, he suddenly leaves the goal and causes unnecessary goals. This does not reflect his value and rating in the game and makes the gameplay feel unfair and unbalanced.

Because of these issues, I feel that player values and performances are not realistic and do not match the ratings shown in the game. I kindly request that these errors and balancing problems be investigated and fixed as soon as possible so the game becomes more stable and fair. As an apology for the ongoing problems I have experienced, I also request that gold coins be granted to my account, in addition to correcting the issues described above.
