eFootball 2026 Controls Freeze During Matches on iPhone 13

I have been experiencing a serious issue while playing eFootball 2026 on my iPhone 13 for approximately three months. During matches, without any warning, all of the controls suddenly stop responding, and I am unable to control my players. As a result, I lose matches that I was dominating and likely would have won because I can no longer control my team.

I do not experience a similar issue in any other game on my phone; the problem only occurs in eFootball 2026. When the issue occurs, my internet connection does not disconnect, and there are no other apps running in the background. Despite this, all of the in-game controls completely freeze and do not return to normal until the match ends. Because this happens frequently, it is ruining both my enjoyment of the game and the matches I have spent time and effort playing.

I have also spent money on the game so that I can win matches and progress, but because of these control freezes, I end up losing matches that I prepared for and invested money in. As a result, I am being negatively affected both in terms of my time and financially.

I request that this control-freezing and loss-of-control issue be technically investigated specifically on the iPhone 13, that any underlying bug be fixed, and that I receive appropriate in-game compensation for the losses and inconvenience I have experienced.
