eFootball Mobile Freezing During Ranked Matches — How to Fix It

For about three months, I’ve been playing eFootball on my iPhone 13, but I’ve been experiencing serious issues in online ranked matches. During matches, there’s a crackling noise from the speaker, the game freezes, and I’m forced to exit. This has happened multiple times, and each time I’ve lost ranking points because of it. My in-game username is aslr-290-701-223.

To fix the problem, I tried restarting the game, reinstalling the app, and even rebooting my device, but none of these worked. I haven’t yet contacted in-game support or customer service.

I request that my account be reviewed to investigate these technical issues, that my lost points and any related losses be restored, and that the problem be fully resolved so I can continue playing without interruptions.
