I have been experiencing a serious issue for about three weeks with the eFootball game installed on my iPhone 13. Whenever I enter online matches, the game suddenly freezes and then crashes, forcing me out of the match. This problem only occurs in eFootball; I do not experience any freezing or performance issues in any other app or game on my phone.
Thinking the issue might be on my end, I deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times and even completely reset my phone. Despite all of this, the problem continued, and because I was kicked out in the middle of matches, I lost multiple online games. Due to the frustration and inconvenience I experienced, I have now completely deleted the game.
I am requesting that this compatibility issue on my iPhone 13 running iOS 26 be resolved, and that all amounts I spent on the game during this period be refunded to me due to the problems I experienced. I ask that the freezing and crash issues be fixed urgently and that my grievance be taken into consideration.
