I am experiencing serious problems while playing eFootball 2026 on the mobile platform. Whenever a match starts and the opposing player has a poor internet connection, the entire game freezes and the match cannot continue properly. In these situations, the game still counts me as the loser, causing me to lose unfairly. This has not happened just once — I have experienced this issue in almost every other match, and it has continued ever since the game was released.
In addition, I believe there is an unfair system regarding player packs opened with eFootball coins. So far, I have spent approximately 3,000 coins and opened around 20–25 packs, yet I continuously receive poor-quality players. Despite spending this many coins, I do not feel that there is a balanced or fair reward system in place.
I request that technical improvements be made regarding these issues, especially to prevent players from being unfairly counted as losers in matches that freeze because of the opponent’s internet connection. If possible, I also want the unfair defeats caused by this problem to be reviewed and removed from my account history. Furthermore, I expect a more balanced and fair system for coin-based player packs.
