eFootball 2026 Account Reset, Squad Deleted, Progress Lost

For about seven years I have been playing Konami’s eFootball 2026 game on my phone using my Konami and Google account. Until today I had a full squad and progress that I built over years, including some paid content. Today, when I logged into the game on my phone, I saw that my entire squad was completely deleted and my account appears empty with no players at all. After noticing this, I tried various actions such as reinstalling the game and checking with different login methods, but my squad is still missing and my account remains empty. Over time I have also spent around ₺150 in the game. I now request that a new account be created for me in eFootball 2026 with a squad whose collective strength is 3325, so that I can continue playing without disadvantage after losing my previous team. I kindly ask Konami to examine my situation and urgently provide this new account with the requested squad power.
