Refundable Tickets Bought on eDreams Not Refunded after Cancelation

I bought tickets to travel from Beirut to Oslo (round trip), and paid 122$ more to make them refundable. But when I tried to cancel and refund with Edrams app, it kept saying that there is an error with the network. After several attempts, I decided to contact them via their online chat service, and this was according to their terms and conditions before 24 hours of the whole trip. When someone finally responded, they informed me that they were unable to cancel my flight, and advised me to contact the airline directly. The airline refused to help with anything without the travel agency. as a result, I had no choice but to demand that they reimburse me for the money I had lost (1500$) the tickets price. Unfortunately, there response was that they can't help me because they only refund the whole trip before 24 hours. And now no one of them is contacting me or explaining the solution for me. times like these, I really wish there was an easier way to get refunds without going through all of this trouble. It's is my second bad experience with Edreams.
