eDreams Prime Charges Subscription Fee After Cancellation Attempt
I had previously signed up for an eDreams Prime subscription through the eDreams app on my own. However, last night and again this morning, I received notifications related to the subscription fee, and today I noticed that a charge of approximately $8 was made to my Kuveyt Türk credit card ending in 2102.
As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately canceled my eDreams Prime subscription. When I tried to contact them through the app, I only received automated responses. I was unable to reach a real representative, and no clear information was provided regarding whether a refund would be issued.
I request a refund of this recently charged $8 subscription fee and clear confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled.
A fee of ₺350 was charged from my EDreams Prime subscription, I canceled it and requested a refund; the company did not contact me and the issue is still unresolved.
