eDreams Prime Charged Me Without Consent and Won't Cancel
Today an amount of 99€ was withdrawn from my d360 bank account without my knowledge or consent, and I discovered that I was enrolled in an eDreams Prime membership. I did not want to subscribe and I did not agree to activate this membership in any way. I request that my eDreams Prime membership be cancelled immediately and that any future renewals or deductions be completely stopped. I also request a full refund of the 99€ that was deducted today to my bank account as soon as possible. I tried to reach you by phone but could not get any response. I kindly ask you to confirm the cancellation of my eDreams Prime subscription and the refund of the deducted amount at the earliest opportunity.
