Flex To Go Refused to Deliver My Rental Car and Kept My Money
Flex To Go is an unreliable company—never rent a car from them. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they refused to hand it over, claiming that I arrived late, and they did not refund my money either. I explained that I would return the car at the time stated in the contract and that picking it up late should be my responsibility, because there had been an issue during my travel and I arrived at the terminal late.
Despite this, the company neither gave me the car nor refunded my payment. There were other customers present at the location as well, and I witnessed them being asked for additional extra charges. I also learned that many customers never received their deposits back.
I made my reservation through Booking and EconomyBookings, and these companies are supporting this unlawful behavior by refusing to refund my money. Never trust this company when renting a car—they are extremely unreliable. Do not trust the intermediaries either; they do not protect your rights at all.
When I explained the situation to the intermediary company, they told me there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even refund the insurance fee they charged me. This is a case of organized unreliability.
