Canceled My Booking but Economy Bookings Still Won’t Refund €610
I made a car rental reservation on June 10, 2025, with reservation number B518348**. There was a possibility that I might need to cancel, so I paid an additional fee to secure flexible cancellation. That possibility occurred, and I was forced to cancel the reservation on June 24, 2025. The amount involved was €610. The cancellation was processed immediately, and the money was transferred to what they call a “wallet” account. That’s where the real problem started.
I have exchanged messages approximately five times since then. They still have not refunded the money to my bank account. Most recently, they told me the refund would be made within 21 business days, but that period has already passed. My advice is to avoid doing business with this company—or better yet, don’t use them at all. There is no professionalism, no communication, and no proper follow-up. You only receive automated replies saying they are very busy and will respond within 5–7 business days. Seriously—what era are we living in?
