Galaxy Baby Plus Stroller Repeated Failures Despite Service

I purchased a Galaxy Baby Plus brand baby stroller from Ebebek Eyüp Park AVM store on 10.11.2024 for ₺11,999. From the first month of use, various problems began with the stroller and our experience has unfortunately turned into a constant grievance instead of comfort and safety. In the first months after purchase, we started to have problems with the closing mechanism of the stroller. Because of these issues, we sent the stroller to service and waited about 1 month. After this, similar problems continued, and we had to send the stroller to service again about 3 months later, and once more 3 months after that. Each time we clearly expressed that this stroller is a problematic model, that the same faults keep repeating, and we requested a replacement of the product with a new stroller. Despite our repeated requests, our replacement demand was rejected, the stroller was only repaired and handed back to us. Now, after about 1 year, new and more serious faults have started. The front wheels of the stroller lock and do not turn, and there is still a problem with the closing mechanism, which has now worsened together with the wheel issue. At times when we most need the stroller, the product becomes unusable, and in previous periods it even stayed in service for about 3 months waiting for repair. We have been shopping from Ebebek for years, and facing such a situation with our first baby, especially with a product that is vital for daily life, is deeply disappointing for us. In the last 3 days, we have been told “our authorized person will call you, a solution will be provided”, but no one has called. Through the artificial intelligence line we are again told to “send it to service” but we do not accept the repetition of the same service–repair cycle for a product that has shown chronic problems since the first month. I request that this problematic Galaxy Baby Plus stroller, which has been repeatedly serviced and whose faults are recurring, be replaced with another, different model baby stroller from Ebebek that is new and free of defects. If a replacement is not provided, we plan to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for a refund. I kindly ask you to urgently contact us, to stop directing us only to service again, and to produce a clear and permanent solution to this grievance.
