Struggling to Contact EA Support After Games Mysteriously Disappeared from My Library
About a week ago, I launched the EA App to reinstall and play Mass Effect Andromeda. Everything downloaded smoothly, and the game was ready to play. However, when I opened the app last night, I noticed that more than half of the games in my library had vanished, with a warning saying, "This content has been removed for an unspecified reason." (See the attached screenshot for reference).
I tried to get help from EA Support and followed the instructions, but nothing led me to a live chat window. Eventually, I received an email stating:
"Hello..., thank you for using EA Help. We’ve created case number 185466793 and a unique access key for your query: 77ed8542. A Game Advisor will contact you soon."
When I clicked the link, it took me to the case, where a "Continue Case" button appeared. But clicking that button only brought me back to the EA Help homepage, with no further options.
Why is it so difficult to speak to someone at EA to find out why over 20 of my games were removed for "unspecified reasons"? I understand that EA wants people to use Answers HQ for routine issues, but this is far from ordinary, and I need to speak with someone about it. Why is this impossible?
Games I’ve owned for years and played for hours shouldn’t be removed, and I shouldn't have to spend over an hour running in circles on your frustrating website to get in touch with EA. Could you please provide a direct link to live support? Because I can't connect with anyone at this point.
