Brightlights Promo Code Not Working in EA FC 26 Mobile
Today, while playing EA FC 26 Mobile on my Huawei Mate 20 device, I entered the "brightlights" promo code, which was supposed to grant 1,500 gems and a rank-up point bonus. However, even though the code was accepted, none of the rewards were added to my account.
My in-game username is Şampiyon Fener 53. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I haven’t contacted customer support yet. I’m using the latest version of the app, and I received the promo code for free, so there was no financial loss involved.
I kindly request that the promised rewards be credited to my account and that this issue be resolved promptly to ensure fair treatment for all players who used the same code.
