Dyson Ignored My Warranty Request and Provided No Real Customer Support

My experience with Dyson’s customer service was quite disappointing. After several days of effort, I finally got in touch with them, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any meaningful help. Even though I was still under warranty, they delayed the process rather than offering any real assistance or guiding me to a service center. I observed that product exchanges appear to be more readily available to prominent individuals, which seemed unjust. As a paying customer, I anticipated fair treatment and professional service, yet I was left feeling overlooked. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in the brand. I wish I hadn't chosen Dyson and would recommend others to think twice before opting for their products, as customer support appears to fall short when it's most necessary.

A customer is not left with just one call; your customer service employees never help. I expect free service support from an authorized and helpful channel. I have struggled for 10 days and talked to 7-8 people, but I never received any help. I became sick from stress and frustration because of your representatives. They don't know any words other than "we can't take action."
