Dyson V8 Power Button Repair Blocked! Unacceptable Pre-Payment Requirement

I wanted to create a technical service request with Dyson because the power button of my device is not working, and I can’t remove the upper chamber. However, when I asked for assistance, the service center told me that I first had to make a payment before they could provide any help. Such a system is completely unacceptable.

There is still no response from Dyson yet, such a supposedly attentive company.
