Dyson V15s Detect Submarine Cordless Vacuum - Digital Motorbar Issue

I purchased a Dyson V15s Detect Submarine cordless vacuum from Vacuum Repair Sydney online on 30/04/2025 (Order #6800). From the beginning, or at least for quite some time now, I have noticed an abnormal noise coming from the Digital Motorbar cleaner head whenever I vacuum. The sound is like a pedestal fan hitting paper on every rotation, clearly in sync with the spin of the roller. It occurs on all floor types, whether I am picking up debris or just dust, and it is present in both Eco and Boost modes as long as the vacuum is running. I have thoroughly cleaned the Digital Motorbar head and checked the stick and upper parts of the machine, and there is no debris or obstruction anywhere. Despite this, the same loud, repetitive noise continues, which makes me think there is an internal fault in the cleaner head that I cannot see. The noise is so loud that it scares my dogs, whereas with my previous Dyson V10, they were barely bothered. Considering I paid over $1,600 for this model and upgraded from a V10 that I could not fault, I am quite disappointed and concerned about the quality and longevity of this product. I have not yet contacted Dyson or Vacuum Repair Sydney customer service about this issue, but I am now requesting support. I would like the Digital Motorbar cleaner head to be checked under warranty and, if a fault is confirmed, replaced with a properly functioning unit. As I am based in Brisbane and purchased the vacuum online from Vacuum Repair Sydney, I would also appreciate guidance on how and where this can be inspected or handled locally under warranty. I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, as I purchased this product expecting quiet and reliable performance comparable to or better than my previous Dyson V10.

I reported my issue with Dyson through Xolvie and requested that the motor head be replaced, but so far I have not received any response.
