Dyson V15 Vacuum's Broken Motobar Head, No Warranty Replacement



I noticed that the tines on the motobar head of my Dyson V15 vacuum were broken from the factory and requested a replacement. However, the new head sent to me also had the same issue, as shown in the photo I provided. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't assist since the motobar head had already been replaced once. They suggested I purchase a new one at my expense. Despite having no responsibility for the initial or subsequent damage, they refused repair or replacement. I don't understand why a broken item sent to me isn't being replaced, especially when it's not my fault. I'll be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board as this issue isn't of my making.
