Dyson V15 Constantly Shows Airway Blocked Warning Despite Repairs

I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from Teknosa in Ankara Ankamall around mid-January 2024. While the product was still under warranty, approximately 6 months before the warranty expired, the device started to constantly give “airway blocked, filter needs cleaning” warnings before I could even finish cleaning a single room. Although I cleaned the filter regularly as instructed, the problem never improved and the device became unusable in an efficient way. I contacted customer service many times regarding this issue. We held video calls, I was asked to send photo records, and I submitted all of them completely. I was told to replace the filter, so I bought a new one and installed it, but this also did not solve the problem. Despite all these steps, no concrete or permanent solution was provided to me and the same malfunction continued. About one month after the warranty period expired, I contacted customer service again, but this time I was not provided with any help. Although I explicitly stated that the file should not be closed, the case that had been opened was closed as if it had been resolved, without any actual solution being offered. For about 9–10 months I have been struggling with the same problem and continue to suffer due to the lack of support and interest from customer service. Considering Dyson is such a highly praised brand, I am very disappointed that I could not benefit from the service process at all and ended up with a practically defective vacuum cleaner. For my Dyson V15 device, I request a clear and written solution that will eliminate my grievance, such as a free repair, product replacement, or the provision of a new device with a reasonable discount.
