Dyson V15 Carpet Head Replacement Issue

My Dyson V15 model constantly stopped working, so I sent it for servicing, and they decided to replace it. However, upon receiving the replacement, I noticed that the carpet head wasn't for the V15 model but rather for the V7. When I bought the product, it was supposed to come with the original V15 head. It's puzzling why a supposedly brand new product delivered to me would have a carpet head meant for the V7 instead of the V15 as advertised. I demand that the head be replaced with the original V15 one. Despite facing numerous challenges even during the replacement process, I cannot tolerate this situation and will resort to legal action if necessary. I expect an urgent response regarding this matter.
