Dyson V12 Vacuum Service Disaster Showed Their Shoddy Workmanship and Damage
I submitted my V12 vacuum for service on 09/12/2023, and it was returned on 21/12/2023. Can you guess in what condition? The body had peeling issues, and the service, supposedly for constant filter cleaning errors, opened a case for body replacement, shaved the body, damaged my device, and the error persists. The so-called general cleaning resulted in a mess, and I don't even want to mention the damage caused by the dirt on my device. This craftsmanship is unacceptable. A service request has been created, and I expect a prompt resolution and response regarding this issue.
