Dyson v12 vacuum cleaner. For a couple of months, we received filter error, we clean the filter all the time, but it is the same again and again. Now we receive airways blocked error ( even though nothing which can be seen on airways) terrible customer service, they are asking for videos all the time. We are able to get the video, this time they need live connection via whatsapp. Not everyone has to have a smart phone. So annoying!
