Dyson V12 Developed Multiple Faults Right After Warranty Expired

In May 2024, I purchased a Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner from a Dyson store for ₺23,000. Around May 2026, shortly after the warranty expired, the device started to develop multiple faults at several points. There are problems with the Fluffy Optic cleaning head, the filter, and some of the silicone parts on the device. I contacted Dyson customer service and explained that these faults appeared only about a month after the end of the warranty period. Despite this, I was told that the warranty had expired and that only paid replacement or paid repair could be offered. Considering the price level of the product and the fact that the faults began very shortly after the warranty period ended, I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay for the resolution of these issues. I request that the problematic Fluffy Optic cleaning head, filter and faulty silicone parts be repaired free of charge or replaced free of charge, and if necessary that the device be replaced with a new one without any cost to me. I kindly request that my complaint be reviewed and that a customer‑oriented, fair solution be provided as soon as possible.
