Dyson V12 Bellows Part Broken, No Spare Part - Full Head Replacement Issue

I have been using a Dyson V12, purchased in Turkey in July 2023. Last week, the bellows component, which is a flexible and continuously moving part, lost its functionality. Considering the overall quality perception of the product and the expected level of durability, it is worrying from a user perspective that such a critical, moving part has failed in such a short period of time. During my communication with your customer service, I tried to find a solution four separate times. However, I was only offered the option to purchase a complete replacement head. The part I actually need is solely the bellows component. Replacing the entire head due to the failure of a small part does not seem reasonable to me, neither in terms of cost nor in terms of sustainability. One of the primary reasons I chose Dyson is not only its technology, but also its strong brand approach in terms of long-term usability, availability of spare parts, and customer satisfaction. In my personal network and on various platforms, I have seen many examples where similar issues were handled with a much more solution-oriented approach, which makes my current experience even more disappointing. Accordingly, my expectation is primarily the provision of the specific bellows component only. If this is not possible, I kindly request that you offer an alternative solution in line with customer satisfaction and your brand values, instead of limiting the support to a paid full head replacement link, especially for a product that is still relatively new.
