Dyson V10 Loses Suction and Service Denies Warranty Over “Filter Oxidation”

I purchased a Dyson V10 cordless stick vacuum through Trendyol in November 2024 and have been using it carefully for about one year. When the suction power started to decrease, I contacted Elektrofoni Maintenance and Repair and shipped the device to them on December 12, 2025.
After their inspection, they called me and said there was oxidation in the filter, and that this meant the vacuum was outside the warranty. However, I have never washed the filter, I have never vacuumed any liquid or wet surfaces, and I have always used the product carefully and responsibly. Despite that, I don’t understand how oxidation could have occurred, and their explanation does not make sense to me.
During the phone call, they said it was not covered by warranty and demanded a very high fee of about $105. For a product that is already expensive, being told it is out of warranty in such a short time—despite careful use—and then being quoted this amount has left me at a disadvantage. When I called back to object, they told me I had approved it and that there was nothing they could do.
I am requesting that my device be re-evaluated under the warranty terms, that the oxidation claim be explained in a detailed and justified way, and that my situation be resolved—ideally through a free repair or a reasonable-cost repair/solution.

It was made and delivered, and I paid the 4,500 fee; I was forced to also pay the shipping fee, and I request that my grievance be resolved.
