Dyson V10 Absolute Plus Battery Not Charging

The battery of my Dyson V10 Absolute Plus vacuum cleaner has not been charging for about five months, even though I’ve only used it for around 2–2.5 years. Due to my busy schedule, I was only able to contact the company today. When I spoke with Dyson customer service, I was told that the battery replacement would cost ₺4,900 and would only come with a one-year warranty. They also mentioned that payment could be made in six installments. It is completely unacceptable for a product that costs two to three times more than regular cordless vacuums to have a battery failure in such a short period and to demand such a high replacement fee. I purchased the product from the Dyson online store and did not use any additional warranty or promotional offer. The serial number of my device is U2P-EU-SBR0582A. The main reason I chose this product was its promised durability and quality. Other than the battery issue, I haven’t experienced any other problems. I request that the battery replacement be carried out free of charge.
