Dyson Salesperson Was Rude to Me
I'd like to share a negative experience I had at the Dyson sales point in Bursa Korupark. Initially, the salesperson was unfriendly and unsympathetic, and he seemed annoyed that I was there to buy a product. When I attempted to make a payment at the cash register, the POS machine returned an invalid transaction response. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and ask the cashier to hold the gift I was about to receive as a promotion, he refused and said it was impossible. This sales policy is unacceptable to me, especially given the amount of money I was willing to spend on the product. Dyson should take responsibility for their sales representatives and ensure that their customers receive proper service. I respectfully request that you take action and contact the appropriate sales representative regarding this matter. Thank you.
