Duolingo Two-week Trial Version Went Wrong, Fee Notification Not Sent
I purchased a two-week trial version from Duolingo with the understanding that they would notify me before the trial period ended and any charges were applied. However, they went ahead and withdrew the fee without sending a notification email as promised. I am disappointed with this oversight and request the cancellation of my membership along with a refund. I believe it's essential for companies to uphold their commitments, especially when it comes to notifying users about impending charges. I hope Duolingo can rectify this situation promptly and ensure a more transparent and customer-friendly approach in the future.
