Avene Sunsimed Sunscreen Sold on Trendyol Discovered With Hole in Container

On March 22, 2026, I purchased Avene Sunsimed KA SPF 50+ sunscreen from the seller "Avene&Ducray" on Trendyol, and I have been using the product for some time. However, I recently noticed a hole in the bottom of the container. This has made me extremely uneasy regarding the product's authenticity and shattered my trust in the brand.

So far, I have been unable to establish communication with either Trendyol or the seller. I demand a clear explanation regarding the product's authenticity and this packaging defect, as well as a complete resolution to my grievance through either a replacement unit or a full refund.
