Damat Twin Refund Not Credited to VakıfBank Debit Card After Return
On the Damat Twin online store, which uses the iyzico payment infrastructure, I made a purchase and later requested a refund. They informed me that the refund was made manually on 11 June and that the process was completed, but the refunded amount of ₺5,310 has still not been credited to my VakıfBank debit card. Although they state that the refund has been carried out, they are unable to provide any receipt or document showing that the transaction was actually made. Since 11 June I have been waiting for this amount to be returned to my card, and this situation is causing me financial and moral grievance. I request that my ₺5,310 payment be immediately and transparently refunded to my VakıfBank debit card, and that a receipt or transaction document confirming the refund be shared with me so that this issue can be fully resolved.
