Dreame PM20 Filter Not Available – Air Purifier Cannot Be Used Properly
I purchased a Dreame PM20 air purifier from Teknosa’s online store. I am aware that both the PM20 and PM10 models use the same filters, and these products are widely sold across multiple platforms, including Hepsiburada, Trendyol, Teknosa, and Dreame’s own website.
However, despite the widespread availability of these devices, the replacement consumable filters are not available anywhere in Turkey, which is causing serious inconvenience. This issue has persisted for approximately six months. I noticed this problem shortly after purchasing the device when I tried to buy a replacement filter.
When I contacted Teknosa, I was informed that the filters were out of stock, and no alternative solution was offered. I have my Teknosa order number 2350094505 and invoice number ty02026000059577.
An air purifier without regularly replaceable filters will eventually lose its functionality and cannot be used as intended. Therefore, I request that Dreame urgently supply original replacement filters compatible with the PM10 and PM20 models to Turkey and make them consistently available for purchase. I also request that my current inconvenience be addressed.
