Dream League 26 Post-Update Bug Makes Players Move Randomly and Ignore Positioning

I have been experiencing a serious problem in Dream League 26 ever since the latest update. Despite constantly upgrading my players and improving my squad, my team simply does not perform the way it should. I have spent approximately $83–$110 on in-game purchases, but for the past 10 to 15 days — ever since this update dropped — my players are making meaningless movements on the field, failing to hold their positions, and cannot even catch opposing players who are weaker than them on paper.
Despite the time and money I have put into this game, I cannot enjoy it anymore because of this imbalance and broken gameplay. For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the purchases I have made recently. I want this issue to be investigated and the harm I have experienced to be properly addressed.
