I purchased a pack of four Dove bar soaps from the Migros store in Seferihisar, İzmir. However, all of the soaps had a serious issue with not lathering properly—very different from my previous experiences with the product. None of them provided the cleaning or foaming performance I expected.
There is no expiration date or batch number on the packaging, and I don’t have a receipt or proof of purchase. I have not contacted Dove customer service yet.
I request an explanation from the brand regarding this issue and ask that my concerns be resolved.
