First, check your email for any messages from DoorDash explaining why your account was deactivated—it’s often due to failed payments, fraud alerts, or chargebacks.

If it was a payment issue, make sure your payment method is valid and up to date. Log into the DoorDash app or website and clear any outstanding balance if possible.

Then, go to the DoorDash Help Center and submit an appeal through their “Account Support” section. Explain clearly that the payment issue has been resolved and request reactivation.

Be respectful and provide screenshots or bank confirmations if needed. DoorDash may take a few days to review your case and respond by email.

If you filed a chargeback, your account may be permanently deactivated. In that case, try contacting support directly through chat to ask for a second review.
