Dolce & Gabbana Glasses Frame Worn Out in Less Than a Year, Claim Denied

I purchased Dolce & Gabbana model 2242 02/13 5716140 glasses, and within less than a year, the frame started to wear out. On July 27, 2024, I returned the product for inspection. On August 6, 2024, I received a message stating that the inspection results were negative, and they denied my claim. I absolutely refuse to accept this. I always kept the glasses in their case and never dropped them, so the wear and tear is definitely not due to consumer misuse. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and expect both Dolce & Gabbana and the retailer to take responsibility for this defect.
