My Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses' arms bent out of shape for no apparent reason. I sent them in for inspection, and the response I got was laughable: they said it happened because the glasses were exposed to the sun. I had left them on a sun lounger for just 10 minutes! These are supposed to be sunglasses, so if they can’t handle sunlight, what’s the point? According to the inspection, this was “user error,” and my request was denied. They even suggested I keep the sunglasses away from sunlight – should I only wear them in the rain? I expect Dolce & Gabbana to stand behind their product and fulfill my request for a proper resolution!
