Dockers Shoes Stitching Coming Apart And Logo Peeling After Three Months

I bought a pair of Dockers shoes, and after wearing them for three months, the stitching came apart and the brand lettering peeled off. I took the product twice to the store where they photographed it and sent the images to the headquarters, but they refused to replace it, claiming it was “user error.” As a result, I was left completely dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I kindly request that my issue be reviewed again and that an appropriate solution be provided.
