I purchased a Disney Plus membership today and was excited to use it. However, as a student currently living in Northern Cyprus, I am unable to access the service. It keeps displaying a "service not available in your location" error. I paid for my membership through the Disney Plus Turkey site and successfully created my account, but the error appeared as soon as I tried to start streaming.
This is extremely frustrating as there was no warning during the purchase process about service restrictions in Northern Cyprus. I have already paid for the subscription and expect to use it without any issues. I request Disney Plus to resolve this problem immediately or provide a refund for my membership.
