I haven’t been able to access my TikTok account ever since I traveled abroad to Aleppo. While I was there, the app showed a message saying TikTok was not supported in that region. I assumed it would resolve itself once I returned to Turkey, but even after coming back, the same “This service isn’t available in your country” warning continues to appear.
To troubleshoot, I deleted and reinstalled the app. It briefly opened and let me log in, but as soon as I entered my account, the same regional restriction message popped up again and blocked access. This has left me incredibly frustrated, especially since I’ve never had any issues with TikTok before this trip.
I’m requesting TikTok’s support team to look into my account and remove any country-based restriction preventing access. I am in Turkey now, where TikTok is clearly available, so this issue makes no sense. Please restore full access to my account immediately.
