I Lost My 11-Year Discord Account to Hackers and Can't Reach Real Support
On June 21, 2026, I discovered that my Discord account, Rimap#4029, which I had been using since November 8, 2015, had been compromised. Before this, unauthorized individuals had logged into my email account, and my Discord account was stolen through that email address. I currently have access to the stolen email address again, but the people who stole my account set up two-factor authentication on the Discord support account, so I can't log into the support panel and therefore can't open a support request through that channel.
This account contained a server called "arog," which only I had authority over, and where all my friends were. I also had an active Nitro subscription, which I had renewed just a month ago. My card information is saved on this account, and there is also account information for various other games within the private messages I exchanged with friends. I am under serious risk both in terms of my personal data and my financial information.
As soon as I noticed this, I immediately contacted Discord support through the email address I'm writing this complaint from. However, only AI support bots keep responding, and they don't go beyond telling me that I need to log in through the stolen email address. Even though I've clearly stated that I already have access to that email but can't get into the support panel because of the two-factor authentication, I keep receiving only automated messages and can't reach an actual staff member, which makes this process even harder. At the last stage, I was told "we will review this and get back to you," but no concrete solution has been offered.
I am requesting that my Discord account, which I've used for about 11 years and just renewed my Nitro subscription on, be returned to me with full privileges. I have plenty of evidence showing the account belongs to me, and I can provide more if needed. I'm asking for urgent assistance to secure my account, my server, my Nitro subscription, and my card information, and to immediately cut off access for the third parties involved.
