I Can’t Log In to Discord Because I Don’t Have 2FA Codes

I am unable to access my Discord account on my Android device because I am being asked to enter a 6-digit two-factor authentication (2FA) code. I do not remember ever setting up an authenticator app, I do not have any backup codes saved, and I did not receive any code via email. I later learned that Discord does not send 2FA codes by email, which means I am completely locked out, even after attempting to reset my password.
The account is linked to the email address “ammarmohamed****@gmail.com.” Unfortunately, I do not remember my exact username because I only recently recalled this account after about five months of inactivity. However, I do remember some of the servers and friends I interacted with. The last time I successfully accessed the account was approximately five months ago.
I am concerned that either I enabled 2FA and forgot about it, or that someone else may have accessed my account and activated 2FA without my knowledge. Since I cannot provide a 2FA code or backup codes and I do not remember the exact username, I am completely unable to log in or secure my account.
I kindly request assistance in recovering access to my account. If recovery is not possible, I ask for clear guidance on how I can verify my ownership or take steps to secure the account associated with my email address.
