Detectico Trial Subscription Charged Incorrectly and Refund Requested

Hello Detectico Support,
I recently attempted to purchase the 25 TL trial version of your service, but instead, 500 TL was deducted from my account. To make matters worse, the application does not work as expected.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the 500 TL charged. Additionally, I have canceled the subscription, but I am unable to contact customer service for assistance.
How is it possible for such an error to occur, and why is it so difficult to get support? I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
